SYSTEM SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can bring our solutions to the market, covering the area of sales, business planning, forecasting and reporting. The candidate will manage all sales and business development related activities, including sales support desk. You must have strong business acumen, and also be able to work well as a team player, and constantly keep yourself up to date with relevant industry and technology domain.

What You’ll Do

Able to meet and exceed sales revenue targets

To maintain current accounts, create new business opportunities
-
To establish good rapport, and work with the relevant stakeholders to meet each stakeholders’ business objectives

To prepare sales presentations, proposals and quotations
-
To conduct presentations and business discussions for a conclusive result
-
To be able to interpret and understand project documentations
-
To support Supervisor/Manager for tasks assigned to ensure timely and proper completion
-
To monitor and provide customer support on Support Desks where required and necessary
-
Handle customer feedbacks/enquiries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution has been made
-
Technical Support to users over phone on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails
-
Proactively monitor and report on market competitive landscape status and noteworthy activities like new product/solution offerings, industry and technology trends, pricing, services etc. to the sales and management team.
Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline

You have a minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in a connected mobility domain

You have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify effective and efficient solutions for complex problems and look beyond the obvious

You have the ability to Identify problems analytically, develop solutions and implement an effective course of action

You are assertive and a hands-on professional, who thrives in a fast-paced, change-rich environment

You have the ability and experience to own and drive the product and/or specific product features
-
You have the ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders including customers, product management, and system development team.

Your experience to work closely with system development team is desired.

You are independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skill

You are results-oriented, with a strong customer-focused attitude

You are able to deliver professional sales pitch, proposals and reports

You have experience to provide customer support from 1st level support/helpdesk context

You have a high proficiency in Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
